INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Case
The material of the watch case is steel. The crown and the backside is made of stainless steel. It has a diameter of 42mm. It includes dials of different thicknesses as well as the logo and name of CLUNS. It is a Japanese two hands Miyota mechanism.

Glass
The watch glass is made of toughened mineral glass. It offers good resistance to normal wear, however care must be taken during use and Cluns watches are not designed for extreme conditions/sports.

Battery
Watches come supplied with a standard button battery with an expected lifespan of 3 to 4 years (depending on the environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity etc.)

Leather strap
The leather straps are made of genuine leather with a CLUNS tape on the inner side and a custom buckle. 

Metal strap
Metal straps are made of stainless steel and they have an easy adjustment to adapt to all wrists.

Water resistance
Cluns watches have a classification of water resistance to 3 ATM, which means that they are resistant to splashes and rain, they are suitable for daily life provided that wearers avoid direct contact with water.

How can I change my CLUNS’ strap?
The straps are easily interchangeable due to the lever system that block/unblock the hitch with the watch case.

ORDERS

How can I place an order? 
To place an order you must choose the item that you would like to purchase and add it to cart. Then, you can access the online payment page where you will add your personal information such as your credit card details and shipping address.  When the payment has been made, please make sure to finalise all the steps so we will be able to charge you the amount of the order and send it to you.

Has my order placed correctly?
If the amount of the order has been charged on your account, that means that the order has been received and we are processing it. The order confirmation email will be sent to the address indicated on the order. You can also see your order when you log into your user. account with Cluns (if you set one up) If you do not receive the confirmation email, please make contact with our customer service.

How can I change or cancel my order?
Make contact with our customer service through peter@cluns.co.nz as soon as possible so that we will be able to change or cancel your order before we send it.

Payment
You can choose to pay with a credit or a debit card. The payments with a credit or a debit card are processed through the payment service provider Paypal. CLUNS doesn’t store credit card numbers.

We always charge in the specific currency specified on the home page (NZD) and it is your bank's responsibility to process the payment in your own home currency.

What can I do if the payment is not accepted?
If you can’t pay with your credit or debit card, generally it is due to the card being issued in a country different to the one that you are making the payment in.

Our payment system Paypal will automatically block these transactions because  of online fraud. If you can’t pay with your card, we recommend you to contact us directly.

In which currency I do make my payment?
All prices are in New Zealand Dollar (NZD).

Information about the delivery
You will receive a tracking number when the order had been sent from our stores. If your order hasn’t been received by the estimated delivery time, please make contact with our customer service peter@cluns.co.nz.

From where are the items sent?
All orders are sent from New Zealand.

 

RETURN

Return Instructions
We only accept returns on products which are faulty or damaged and have the right to either repair, replace or refund the product. The product must be within the guarantee period and not have been subjected to any unusual wear & tear.

If a product is faulty please contact us and then return the product in appropriate packing to us at Cluns Watches, 10 Coventry Crescent, Lower Shotover, Queenstown. 9304

Have they received my return?
You will receive an email from our customer service confirming the return. We will be in touch to advise if the return is accepted and the steps from there.

I have received an incorrect product
If you have received an incorrect item, make contact with our customer service in a maximum time of 30 days.

Guarantee

CLUNS offers a limited guarantee of 3 months for all the products, from the purchase date. For more details about what the guarantee covers, please check the section “Guarantee”.
