INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Case
The material of the watch case is steel. The crown and the backside is made of stainless steel. It has a diameter of 42mm. It includes dials of different thicknesses as well as the logo and name of CLUNS. It has japonese two hands Miyota mechanism.

Glass
The watch glass is made of toughened mineral. It offers wear resistance and normal breaks, however care must be taken during the use.

Battery
Standard button battery whose expected lifespan is from 3 to 4 years depending on the environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, etc.

Leather strap
The leather straps are made of genuine leather where we tape CLUNS on the inner side and a custom buckle with the name of CLUNS and the colour of the case where it is fitted.

Metal strap
The metal straps are made of stainless steel and they have an easy adjustment to adapt to all wrists.

Water resistance
Our watches have a clasification of water resistance to 3 ATM, what means that they resist splashes and rain, that means that they are indicates to use in your daily life provided that it avoids the direct contact with water.

How can I change my CLUNS’ strap?
The straps are easily interchangeable due to the lever system that block/unblock the hitch with the case.

 

ORDERS

How can I place an order? 
To place an order you must choose the item that you would like to purchase and add it to cart. Then, you must access to the page to make payment where you will introduce your personal information such as make the payment of your order. When the payment has been done, make sure to finalize all the steps so we will be able to charge the amount of the order and send it.

Has my order placed correctly?
If the amount of the order has been charged on your account, that means that the order has been received and we will process it. The confirmation about the order is sent directly to the email address that you indicate on the order. You can also see your order when you log into on your user. If you didn’t receive the confirmation, make contact with our customer service.

How can I change or cancel my order?
Make contact with our customer service through hola@cluns.com as soon as possible so that we will be able to change or cancel your order before send it.

Payment
You can choose to pay with a credit or a debit card. The payments with a credit or a debit card are done through the payment service provider REDSYS. CLUNS doesn’t store the numbers of the credits card.

We always charge in the specific coin specified in the home page and is your bank the responsible to converting the payment to your coin.

What can I do if the payment is not done?
If you can’t pay with your credit or debit card, generally is due to the card has been issued in a country different to the one that you are realising the payment.

Our payment system REDSYS block automatically these transactions because of safety reasons to minimize the fraud online. If you can’t pay with your card, we recommend you to try another method of payment.  

In which currency I do my payment?
All prices are in New Zealand Dollar (NZD).

Information about the delivery
You will receive a tracking number when the order had been sent from our stores.If your order hasn’t been received on the estimated delivery time, make contact with our customer service hola@cluns.com.

From where are the items are sent?
The orders are send it from New Zealand.

 

RETURN

Return Instructions
Clients have the right to return any purchased product and to receive the reimbursement of the complete import in a maximum period of 14 days from the date of the reception of the order. The watch must be exactly in the same conditions which the clients have received it (new), including packaging and the wrap.

Have they received my return?
You will received an email of our customer service confirming the return’s register. The reimbursement of the payment will be return in a maximum time of 4-5 working days after the return’s confirmation.

I have received an incorrect product
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, make contact with our customer service in a maximum time of 30 days to complain.

Guarantee

CLUNS offers a limited guarantee of 2 years for all the products, since the purchase date. For concrete details about what the guarantee covers, please check the section “Guarantee”.
